• Contact and meet individually with owners of impacted properties.

Begin Property Acquisition for Roadway Project
(April 2007)

• Most properties will be appraised between June 2007 and February of 2008.
• Properties requiring relocation services (full acquisition properties) will be the first group of properties appraised.

Project Design Complete
(August 2008)

Construction
(January 2009 - December 2010)

• 172nd Ave will be closed to through traffic during construction. Road will be open to local and emergency vehicles only
