Phase 3

Project Description

Phase 3 of the Highway 212 / Lawnfield Connection project includes improvements to SE Lawnfield Road from SE 98th Court to SE 97th Avenue. The improvement includes a 36-foot curb-to-curb pavement section (2-12’ travel lanes and 2-6’ bike lanes), along with modifications to intersections at both 97th Avenue and 98th Court. Horizontal and vertical re-alignments will be required to improve the roadway to meet current design standards. The project will also include the construction of sidewalks, street lighting, signal interconnect and storm water conveyance, treatment, and detention systems.
