Bob has expertise in local comprehensive plans, development codes and ordinances, resource inventories, and other related regulatory measures. He is extremely knowledgeable of Oregon's Statewide Planning Goals and has worked extensively with rural and natural resources issues as they relate to land use, development, and conservation. In urban areas, his familiarity and experience with land development issues is equally broad-based. Recently, Mr. Price has participated in or managed several transportation and/or growth management projects for a variety of clients throughout northwest Oregon. “I joined HHPR because of the fantastic people who are there, some of whom I’ve known for many years. HHPR has the same values I hold towards the work they do and the clients they serve. This opportunity to meld with people who work in the same style and mindset as I have always done will be great for our combined client groups,” says Robert.
Landscape Architecture at HHPR is set in a multi-disciplinary practice that generates ideas to add insight, functionality, aesthetics, and creativity to the use of space and environmental stewardship. Chris Anuszkiewicz brings clever adaptation of his professional training and experience to this practice. His training includes receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Florida. His six years of practice experience has focused on preparing plans and presentation graphics for a wide variety of private and public development projects. In addition to his design strengths, Chris enjoys client contact and establishing client relationships. Having grown up in Michigan and practiced in Oregon and Florida, Chris brings a regional perspective to solving local client needs. He is a Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and a Young Leader in the Urban Land Institute. He has passed the Landscape Architecture Registration Exam and will be receiving his Oregon Landscape Architecture License. “Chris Anuszkiewicz adds exceptional design talent and regional perspective to our Landscape Architecture Team of four at HHPR”, says Mel Stout, Landscape Architecture Manager.
