HARPER HOUF PETERSON RIGHELLIS INC. ANNOUNCES FOUR PROMOTIONS

Portland, Oregon April 2, 2012 - Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR), celebrating 21 years of excellence, announces the recent promotions of Chris Beatty, April Siebenaler, Pat Gaylord, and Steve Entenman.

Chris Beatty, Associate Principal | PE
Chris Beatty, a Professional Engineer with Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc., has been recently promoted to Associate Principal. Chris has 23 years of experience as a project manager and project engineer. Since joining HHPR in 1997, Chris has been the project manager/engineer for many healthcare related projects throughout the Portland Metro area. In addition, Chris has extensive roadway/streetscape experience throughout Oregon and Washington.

April Siebenaler, Associate Principal | PMP
April Siebenaler, Project Manager for Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc., has been recently promoted to Associate Principal. Since joining HHPR in 2006, April has been charged with overseeing complex, high profile, projects-most recently the City of Portland’s SW Moody Avenue project. She has 18 years experience with multi-modal transportation planning and design project management. April was the recipient of the Women in Transportation Services New Voice Award in 2003 and the Alice B. Toeclips Award in 1997.

Pat Gaylord, Associate | PLS
Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc.’s Survey Manager, Pat Gaylord, has been recently promoted to Associate. Over the past 24 years, Pat has been involved in many aspects of land surveying on numerous projects throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Pat joined the HHPR survey team in 2007 after owning a survey firm for 20 years. Pat has served in various positions within the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon since 1991. He served as the Chair of the organization in 2006. Pat was voted Surveyor of the Year in 2006 by the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon.

Steven J. Entenman, Associate | PE, SE
Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc.’s Structural Engineering Manager, Steven Entenman, has been recently promoted to Associate. For over 32 years, Steve has provided structural engineering services from design inception through construction completion for a wide variety of projects of all types and sizes. Since joining the firm in 2008, Steve has provided his expertise for a wide range of both public and private projects, from single family residences to large heavy industrial developments. Of particular note is the OIW/United Streetcar Test Track newly constructed in Clackamas, OR which is a finalist for an award through DJC and was constructed on a brown field.

Olsen Re-Appointed to OSLAB By Governor’s Office

Bend, Oregon October 12, 2009 - Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR) announces the re-appointment, by the Governor’s office, of David P. Olsen, R.L.A. to the Oregon State Landscape Architect Board (OSLAB).  David will be serving a four-year term on the Board effective 7/1/2009 through 6/30/2013.  He will begin the four-year appointment as the Board’s Vice-Chair while also serving as the Board’s liaison to the state’s Architect Examiners Board and as a member of the Continuing Education Committee.

Portland, Oregon December 19, 2007 – Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR) is celebrating 17 years of excellence in civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture and surveying. In 2003, HHPR added land surveying as a discipline and the firm is excited to announce its most recent department expansion resulting from the acquisition of Gaylord Land Surveying Inc. 



Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. Moves Portland Office

Portland, Oregon September 21, 2007 – Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR), has recently moved their Portland corporate headquarters into an over 16,000 square foot office space in the River Park Center located on the Willamette River in Sellwood.  After nearly 13 years at their previous office, HHPR’s Portland office has grown from a staff of seven to over 50 people including professional engineers, landscape architects, planners and a full-service survey department.
