HHPR has provided engineering, planning and surveying services on a wide variety of educational projects at both public and private colleges and universities. Professional services typically include design and plan preparation for site grading/paving, storm drainage systems/stormwater quality and detention, sanitary sewer systems, water systems/fire protection, and public street/storm drainage and utility improvements. Other services that are routinely provided include the writing of technical specifications, bidding/construction assistance, construction management agency coordination, attendance and participation in project meetings and public hearings.
