Planning/Development Services
HHPR’s land use planners have extensive experience working for and with local government, state and federal agencies. Our primary focus is assisting public and private sector clients with development projects and feasibility studies in Oregon and Washington. HHPR uses a Development Services approach to project management. The Development Services approach establishes the land use planner as the manager for the governmental approval process. This provides an experienced point person that can coordinate with the project team, the governmental agency and the client. This results in consistent and efficient communication while ensuring compliance with development regulations and minimizing costly revisions. The Development Services approach means that HHPR land use planning staff play a key role in keeping the project on track, on schedule, and within budget from concept planning to project groundbreaking.
