HHPR has provided engineering, planning and surveying services on a wide variety of residential projects from single family homes and apartments to large subdivisions. Professional services typically include design and plan preparation for site grading/paving, storm drainage systems/storm water quality and detention, sanitary sewer systems, water systems/fire protection, and public street/storm drainage and utility improvements. Other services that are routinely provided include the writing of technical specifications, bidding/construction assistance and agency coordination. HHPR also provides planning layout, green space, and park and trail design for single-family, multi-family and mixed-use development projects.
