HHPR has prepared design plans and specifications for nearly every major municipality and utility jurisdiction in the Portland/SW Washington area, including (but not limited to) City of Milwaukie, Oak Lodge Sanitary District, City of Tualatin, Clackamas County, City of Beaverton, Happy Valley, City of Oregon City, City of Vancouver, Clark County, City of Camas, City of Washougal, and City of Battle Ground.
Working for Clark Public Utilities over the last 17 years, we have completed (or are currently preparing) full bid documents for over 160 water system projects, including plans, specifications and estimate. As a subconsultant, we have prepared plans and specifications for countless development projects requiring public street and utility improvements. This broad range of experience provides for a vast knowledge base of means and methods.
